The anticipated salary range for this role is between $45,000.00 and $63,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

JOB SUMMARY:

The candidate should have the aptitude and capability to perform user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development. Also, under general supervision provides customer service for Cash Management products and services. Performs back office processing functions in support of the products and services. Assist with implementation and training for on-line banking and other cash management products. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

•    Assist in development and testing of UAT Test Scenarios, test cases and scripts. 
•    Documentation of UAT test scenarios and testing outcome > Identify and analyze glitches and report to project management group. 
•    Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of various on line products and business processes. 
•    Escalates issues as needed to maintain deadlines and service levels. 
•    Ability to work with vendors and support teams. 
•    Provide training and support to internal and external clients for on line banking and other cash management products. 
•    Perform daily back office processing functions as assigned. 
•    Maintains proper documentation of services and processes performed as required. 
•    Performs all other duties as assigned. 

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: Associates Degree or 5 years equivalent experience in banking. 
Experience: 5 years in cash management service or relevant experience. 
Skills/Qualifications:  
•    Prior experience in a test/development environment. 
•    Strong problem solving and Analytical skills. 
•    Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Ability to multi-task and test different applications. 
•    Self-motivated with time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines. 
•    Strong PC skills to include word processing, spreadsheets and some system knowledge. 
•    Effectual interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work as needed.
