Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to support the daily operations of the Office of the CISO. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, stakeholder management experience, and a foundational understanding of project management methodologies. The right candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring high standards of project hygiene across cyber programs.

Role Objectives

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, tracking and managing multiple concurrent tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across cyber initiatives.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating leadership and team meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal processes and documentation to ensure efficient program operations.
  • Support the preparation of materials for internal and external CISO engagements, including executive presentations and reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and continuity across strategic initiatives.
  • Step in to represent the Cyber Governance Team when needed, ensuring consistent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote and support good project hygiene across teams, including updating project trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Assist in identifying and leveraging industry resources, training opportunities, and working groups relevant to cyber initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting projects or programs, with a foundational understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, analyst, or administrative support role, ideally within a cybersecurity, technology, or governance environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
