Who Will Succeed in This Role:
You might be an ideal candidate if you:
- Thrive in a high-growth organization and are excited by the opportunity to build and enhance HR practices that scale with the business. Your ability to navigate the complexities of an evolving organization will be an asset.
- You are a change driver, with strong business acumen. You know what it takes to evolve organizations from one stage of their growth to another, how to coach and influence senior leaders, how to articulate the business case for strategic approaches to human capital, and how to develop other strategic HR leaders.
- You have a proactive approach, a systems view, and a passion for continuous improvement. You are excited by the future of HR and the evolving HRBP role. You do not just identify challenges, you dig deeper to find root issues, you look for trends in data, propose both strategic and incremental improvements, and act as a trusted advisor.
- You are skilled at balancing complexity and compliance with a human touch. With experience in highly regulated environments, you can drive change while balancing legal, risk, and compliance priorities, balanced with employee experience.
- You are energized by a global perspective. As part of a sizeable global organization with growing global mobility of employees, you have the ability to understand and adapt to different cultures and are energized by the opportunity to be part of a globalization journey.
Who This Role is Not For:
This job may not be a good fit for you if:
- You have an operational focus. If you thrive on handling day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks, rather than advisory and project work, this role may not align with your strengths.
- You prefer a steady state environment. If you thrive on predictable work and highly established processes that are not evolving, are not strong in scoping and planning special projects, or are hesitant to rethink traditional HR practices, this role could feel misaligned.
- You are not savvy with data-driven decision-making. If you’re uncomfortable using people analytics and data insights to proactively advise business leaders, this role may require a steeper learning curve.
