The anticipated salary range for this role is between $185,000.00 and $192,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

Role Description

JRI America, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Vice President, Platform Integrations and Automation Product Manager

Role Objectives

  • Identify, create, and maintain user stories, develops functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements.
  • Roadmap for Platform Integrations in consultation with management of Integration and automation, in coordination with the organization and development leads.
  • Work with relevant change management and training experts to ensure adoption and a smooth transition of ServiceNow and automation throughout the organization.
  • Work with Development Leads to help make key decisions on priorities and design, and works to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and updated.
  • Validate appropriate cross-department/division stakeholders to be engaged at appropriate times.
  • Understand both the engineering and business side of ServiceNow and is ultimately responsible for representing the organizational needs.
  • Work with Project Managers to deliver agile based product releases.
  • Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives throughout all phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Gather, analyze and, when appropriate, contribute or starts to design the reengineering of business IT processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, information technology or a related field plus 2 years of experience.
  • Experience must include the following: product management & strategic planning; business analysis & stakeholder engagement; ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, and SecOps and infrastructure monitoring and network management system; Agile project management; incident & outage management.
  • The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
