Role Description
Create solutions for new and existing clients using market data and statistic analysis to project industry trends. Prepares financial reports, cash flow analysis, credit review, and negotiate structured financing arrangements. Develop and maintain customer database including calls and results on all new and existing business relationships.
Role Objectives: Delivery
Maintain customer database including calls and results on all new and existing business relationships. Support marketing efforts. Prepare pitch materials and offering memorandums including research, financial modeling, and transaction narratives. Perform basic pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests within framework of established risk and credit guidelines. Achieve volume / fee / interest targets by facility consistent with unit / entity strategy in accordance with established risk parameters. Process invoices from posting through approval and settlement, record fee / interest, follow-up on delinquencies and handle customer complaint.

Support efforts to deepen relationships with clients, agent banks, investors and agencies. Work cooperatively with legal / compliance / back office / credit / risk management and coverage units to improve information exchanges. Begin to network within the industry through meetings, events and involvement with trade organizations. Support the unit's participation in long- and short-term planning and new product development.

Exhibit a working knowledge of project finance markets and products to support client transactions. Develop an understanding of industry sector, trends, and products to create tailored solutions. Develop a working knowledge of statistics, modeling, and analytical skills. Utilize information technology to better gather, manage and monitor key data sets. Apply modeling and analytical skills to improve decision-making on key metrics. Communicate complex issues effectively. Develop an understanding of legal, accounting, and regulatory issues affecting real estate finance to help craft client solutions. Be aware of general market conditions and financing alternatives to better support the supplier finance team.
