Role Description

An Oracle EBS & Cloud Senior Technical Developer with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EPM Automate Tool, and FAH would typically be responsible for the following:

  • Designing PAAS solutions.
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and EPM Automate Tool on Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud.
  • Providing strong Oracle ERP technical expertise in Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, and Lease Accounting modules/interfaces using PL/SQL and BIP reports.
  • Interfacing with third-party scheduling tools, preferably TWS
  • Providing technical expertise on Narrative Reporting and AI Agents
  • Providing technical expertise and design guidance on integration, best practices, patterns and methodologies
  • Collaborating with other team members to understand requirements and design solutions that meet those needs
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to integration solutions
  • Staying up to date with new features and updates on Oracle EBS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EPM Automate and other related technologies
  • Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss integration solutions and provide demonstrations
  • Perform in-depth discovery of client’s business, competitors and industry to provide best practices and competitive analysis.
  • Gather, evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements; translates business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Ensures that all integrations are up and running and troubleshoot any issues during day-to-day operations
  • Technical coordination with third party service providers for Oracle application issues and code migrations
  • Provide technical estimates and Oracle design recommendations for system enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • The ideal candidate for this role should have at least twelve years of strong background in designing integrations.
  • 6 plus years experience working with Oracle EBS technologies, with 6 plus years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other related technologies such as SOAP/REST, SFTP, XSLT, SQL and cloud integrations.
  • Experience with at least three full life cycle implementations of Oracle Financial modules with special emphasis on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Lease Accounting (LA).
  • Experience in building Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, AME enhancements, and Workflow development.
  • Experience using EBS development tools: BI Publisher, strong PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Alerts, EBS APIs, and UNIX Shell Scripting.
  • Experience personalizing Oracle Forms and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also important in this role as the consultant will be interacting with clients and other team members regularly.
