Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MDM Lead with deep expertise in Informatica Cloud Customer 360 (C360) and Reference 360 (R360) to lead the design, development, and implementation of Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end MDM solutions.
Role Objectives
Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements to inform solution design.
Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions and their integration with other enterprise applications.
Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for MDM implementation and support projects.
Develop, enhance, and support large-scale, end-to-end MDM implementations.
Design and implement data governance policies, data models, and ETL flows for MDM solutions.
Create enrichment logic including validation, match & merge, and survivorship rules.
Design, develop, test, and deploy MDM applications, datasets, and scripts; perform detailed data analytics.
Establish and promote best practices for MDM solution implementation.
Build and manage processes for data transformation, metadata management, and workload orchestration.
Support installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Informatica MDM tools.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience in leading MDM implementations.
At least 2–3 full lifecycle MDM/Data Governance projects using tools like Informatica.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud C360 and R360.
Proficient in SQL and Informatica MDM/DG.
Deep understanding of data consolidation, ETL, data quality, enrichment (e.g., D&B), security, governance, and harmonization.
Experience across all phases of DQM: profiling, integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, and consolidation.
Familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
