The anticipated salary range for this role is between $73,000.00 and $93,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.
Role Description
The IT Delivery Coordinator helps ensure IT service initiatives are executed successfully. Working with internal teams and business partners, this role coordinates solutions that improve the end user experience and supports planning, scheduling, and tracking of delivery efforts. The IT Delivery Coordinator will also support Service delivery reporting and operational coordination across desktop support while driving greater visibility and structure for both day-to-day support activity and critical support initiatives. This role plays helps drive stronger operational visibility, consistency and execution across support services.
Role Objectives
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of service delivery data across incidents, requests, walk-up activity, project tasks, and device asset records; maintain standard classification practices to improve reporting reliability
• Produce recurring operational reports and trend analysis, including support volume, workload distribution, and support quality, using documentation completeness, trends, escalation tracking, and knowledge use analysis
• Identify and address knowledge gaps by analyzing ticket trends and user feedback
• Create executive dashboards to support service planning, staffing, and service improvement initiatives
• Coordinate and track desktop-related initiatives such as office moves, site expansions, desk relocations, conference room technology builds, device refresh cycles, and workspace setups
• Maintain structured service tracking, including task lists, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue logs
• Partner closely with channel partner teams to align implementation schedules, dependencies, and execution timelines
• Support end-to-end coordination of IT service delivery tasks, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are tracked
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations related to desktop, mobile, and workplace technologies
• Contribute to documentation of service processes, delivery plans, and reports that support continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills
• 3-6 years’ experience across IT operation analytics and reporting, IT Project Coordination and Business Analysis in an IT or Enterprise environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities
• Proven experience supporting project coordination for office build out initiatives
• Demonstrated experience performing data analysis, reporting and trend analysis within ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform
• Familiarity with asset management, vendor coordination or process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems or relevant experience
