Role Description

Support the delivery of cybersecurity transformation programs and projects by coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals. Assist in monitoring delivery progress and identifying risks, issues, or dependencies that could impact outcomes.

Role Objectives

  • Assist in initial assessments to document project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  • Engage stakeholders to collect detailed information that informs project scope and planning
  • Contribute to development of business cases and supporting program materials
  • Assist in building project plans, including timeline inputs, resource coordination, and budget estimates.
  • Maintain communication protocols for updates, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support preparation of materials required to obtain necessary approvals and resources.
  • Track progress against plans and timelines, documenting risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
  • Escalate delivery concerns, risks, or blockers to program leadership for resolution.
  • Monitor project activities for completeness and alignment with expected outcomes.
  • Updated plans and timelines in partnership with programs team/stakeholders  based on changing needs.
  • Promote collaboration and information sharing across program workstreams.
  • Engage with leadership teams by preparing briefings, updates, and consolidated reports.
  • Support review of milestones and completion packages by ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
  • Gather stakeholder feedback on requirements, deliverables, and expected end states.
  • Provide regular delivery updates, summaries, and reporting to program team.
  • Assist Cyber Transformation team members in managing large scale portfolios and standard delivery processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Support Transformation team members in delivery of large-scale-portfolios
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret project requirements and organize activities into clear plans.
  • Experience in project management, PMO support, or business analysis.
  • Ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous work.
  • Professional presence and ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
  • Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.

Additional Requirements
