Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Testing and Exercise Analyst. In this role you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's resiliency posture by coordinating comprehensive tests and exercises. These tests and exercises will simulate real-world threats and incidents to evaluate and improve our crisis and incident response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise Planning: Execute agile management practices to coordinate the design, plan, and coordinate cyber exercises, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Scenario Development: Create realistic scenarios, considering current threat landscapes, to challenge the incident response team's capabilities.
- Execution: Coordinate tabletop, functional, and full-scale cyber exercises to assess the organization's readiness to respond to cyber incidents.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed exercise plans, reports, and documentation of findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Analysis: Support the exercises evaluation and identify areas for improvement in incident response procedures and protocols.
- Training and Awareness: Support training to employees on industry’s best practices and lessons learned from exercise outcomes.
- Incident Response Improvement: Work with stakeholders to implement recommendations from exercise findings to enhance the organization's incident response capabilities.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of emerging threats, trends, and technologies to ensure exercise remains relevant and effective.
Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt to evolving cyber threats and technologies.

Experience in financial sector or regulatory environment preferred.

Background in Security, Audit, Vendor Management, and/or Business Continuity are a plus.
