The anticipated salary range for this role is between $153,000.00 and $196,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a collaborative Vice President, Identity and Access Management (IAM) to help with our enterprise IAM strategy and operations. This role blends strategic goals with deep analytical expertise to ensure secure, efficient, and equitable access to systems and data across the organization.

As a senior member of our cybersecurity team, you’ll guide IAM governance, drive automation, and partner across departments to align identity solutions with business goals and compliance standards. You’ll be a part of a diverse team of IAM professionals and help foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

We actively support ongoing projects, help monitor user activity to uphold security standards, and take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed, with guidance from Information Security leadership.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage user identities and access, including provisioning, entitlement reviews, and deactivation based on role and business need.
    • Maintain documentation for risks, controls, and technical procedures to support consistent program execution.
    • Configure and validate security controls (e.g., password policies, logging) to ensure effectiveness across systems.
    • Support continuous review of user access through user access reviews and various reporting and alerts
    • Serve as liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses and driving remediation efforts
    • Contribute to high-impact projects, incident response, and business continuity planning, representing IAM in enterprise-level initiatives.
    • Collaborate with security architects to shape and implement IAM solutions that meet evolving security and compliance needs.
    • Collaborate with IT and support teams in resolving complex access issues and integrating IAM best practices across platforms.
    • Monitor and respond to security alerts, escalations, and open tickets as part of the programs continuous monitoring strategy.
    • Provide training and guidance to business units on IAM policies, tools, and best practices.
    • Mentor and support IAM team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and security-conscious culture where diverse perspectives are valued.
    • Represent the IAM function in cross-departmental initiatives and lead projects as assigned.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Information Security, with a focus on IAM and risk management
    • IAM Automation experience using a combination of Azure, UIPath and Powershell
    • Experience with RBAC and ABAC & Audit and Compliance Reporting
    • Deep understanding of IAM processes and tools, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Entra ID/IGA, and scripting with PowerShell
    • Preferred expereince in EntraID/IGA
    • Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, CRI PROFILE, FFIEC CAT, and GLBA
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Demonstrated accountability, follow-through, and ownership of outcomes in high-impact environments
    • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing teams
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business and security needs
    • Self-directed and proactive, with a strategic approach to challenges and opportunities
    • Professional certifications such as Security+, CISA, CISSP, GSEC, CCSP, or SSCP are valued but not required
