The anticipated salary range for this role is between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Third-Party Business Representative to assist in developing and managing relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to lead in onboarding and ongoing management of vendor contracts. This ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Department Heads to qualify, build, and monitor vendor relations. The Third-Party Business Representative is responsible for managing key strategic third-party vendor and business partner relationships of the bank throughout their life cycle thereby ensuring that the bank maintains an effective Vendor Management Program in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This role is responsible for overseeing vendor initiation, onboarding, compliance, and budget. Monitoring the compliance of contracts and SLAs and ensuring that processes are effective, efficient, and customer focused. Additionally, this role is responsible for collaborating with our vendor and internal business partners in delivering the best practice in vendor management for Jenius Bank. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This role will be responsible for third party support across all groups under Operations.
  • Lead contract management activities for selected vendors including working with the Sourcing and Procurement team on RFXs, Third Party Risk Management, negotiations, and liaising with the business owners.  
  • Partner with the Sourcing and Procurement team to ensure vendor contracts have proper terms SLAs and protections and are compliant with standards and relevant regulations. 
  • Lead for Operations contract management activities. Build monthly third-party contract management reports.
  • Track and monitor Operations expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to onboard new third-party relationship through the Coupa process.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure vendor contracts have proper terms and protections and are compliant with standards and relevant regulations.
  • Partner with Procurement to manage contracts through the approval process
  • Work closely with Operations leadership to align budgetary decisions with the bank's strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Overseeing the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management, highlighting key budget variances, trends, and potential risks based on third party relationships.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 3+ years of Vendor Management Experience. 
  • Advanced Excel and PowerBi experience, building reports, data management. 
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders with varying technical skills. 
  • Previous ownership of complex relationships and the ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for performance. 
  • Previous role in risk or security solutions, process, and programs. 
  • Passion for process improvement. 
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
