The anticipated salary range for this role is between $166,000.00 and $205,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. JOB SUMMARY
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the technical strategy for core banking systems supporting digital bank operations
- Lead implementation and integration of FIS MBP and related platforms across product and engineering teams
- Define and maintain technical specifications for FIS integrations
- Drive upgrades, migrations, and enhancements across core banking systems in collaboration with domain leads (payments, lending, statements, etc.)
- Act as SME for core banking and partner platforms, providing guidance across functional and technical areas
- Prioritize and execute strategic initiatives related to FIS systems with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance through ongoing monitoring and process execution
- Support testing strategy and execution for core banking platforms
POSITION Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years in banking or financial services, with strong ecosystem knowledge
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with FIS MBP and ancillary solutions
- Proven experience in Agile environments within banking or credit services
- Strong understanding of banking system integrations and architecture
- Proficient in API testing and automation using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of core banking functions: ACH/EFT, Deposits, Lending, General Ledger
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities
